Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:
✔ The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
✔ Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
✔ We do not accept returns for products with signs of use, damage, or improper handling.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:
Contact Us – Send an email to our support team with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.

Approval & Shipping – Once your request is approved, you will receive the return instructions. Please note: return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Processing – After we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
